El Horreo de Pepe is a Spanish Restaurant that offers tipical spanish home made cooking, its main dish being Paella. The project consisted in developing their logo, menu and take out menu. The website is currently under developement. An "Hórreo" is a traditional wood and stone structure, like a little cabin, that is elevated by four stone or wood pilars, which keep the contents of the hórreo (maily food, sausages, meat and other edible products) out of reach of animals. The colors are traditionally used in spaniard coat of arms, also red and yellowish colors are always associated with food. The idea was to show an stylized hórreo with a hand written type font, giving it a more personalized feel, a more familiar feel, which is the concept for the restaurant itself. The slogan reads: "Taste with Tradition".
